What Biometric Data We Collect

During interview pre-flight verification and active practice sessions, TruCheck utilizes on-device MediaPipe vision models to process facial landmark meshes. This measures head orientation, eye-gaze direction, facial expression, and liveness verification.

Purpose of Biometric Data

• Verifying candidate identity and preventing impersonation during institutional tests.
• Analyzing eye contact consistency and non-verbal confidence indicators to generate AI coaching feedback.
• Detecting multi-face presence or cheating indicators during pre-flight checks.

Storage & Retention Policy

Raw facial landmark coordinate arrays are evaluated in transient memory during video processing. Biometric feature vectors associated with your registered profile are retained securely for the lifetime of your active account or until you delete your face registration in Account Settings.
