No-refund policy

All TruCheck subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused practice interviews, or a change of mind after checkout.

Cancelling autopay

You can cancel your autopay mandate at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future renewal charges immediately, but the period you already paid for stays fully usable until it ends — we never claw back access you've already paid for.

Upgrading your plan

Moving to a longer billing period is credited as extended validity on your account rather than a cash refund of the shorter plan.

After your subscription ends

Your past reports and progress stay fully viewable — only new interviews, PDF export, and recording downloads pause until you resubscribe. Recordings still expire after 3 months regardless of subscription status; that retention window is a platform-wide rule, not a plan feature.
